• 3 PL warehousing developed from scratch at Pune as mother warehouse and Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata as satellite warehouses
• Installation of pouching machines, etching machines, Label printer, MRP sticker printers, invoice printers, press, racks, bins, pallets, trolleys, weighing m/c
• Procurement of parts from own factory and vendors, using SAP procurement module
• Packing, labeling, binning, parts up-keeping, shelf life monitoring
